The mini-bar was stocked with an excellent selection of refreshments, and I greatly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of finding my lost earring, which truly demonstrated the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction. The heating and air conditioning system worked flawlessly, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout my stay. Xinzo exceeded my high expectations, making it an ideal choice for discerning travelers seeking both luxury and exceptional service.
